2.\nCONVENTION OF THE TREATY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For\nthe conclusion of the contract between the orderer and\nhoroscopephotography.maat-artio.at – MAATartio e.U. – Gabriele\nJohanna Schatzl on the creation and delivery of a personal horoscope\nproduct, all fields marked with “*” must be completed\ncompletely and correctly on the order form. If one of these fields is\nnot completed, the order can not be processed and no valid contract\nis concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By\nclicking the button “send” the orderer confirms the\ncorrectness and completeness of the listed order data and the order\nwill be sent by e-mail to info@maat-artio.at – Gabriele Johanna\nSchatzl. By submitting the order the orderer is bound to his \/ her\norder and expressly agrees with the general terms and conditions.\nUpon receipt of the order the orderer receives an order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.\nCONTRACTUAL OBJECT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.1\nHoroscope analyzes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The subject of the contract is the production and delivery of a horoscope including analysis or a personal horoscope art photograph including a description. The horoscope is created individually by Mrs. Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl on the basis of the information provided by the orderer on the order form, date of birth, place of birth and time of birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.\nPRICE AND PAYMENT MODALITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\ncurrent price for the creation of the birth chart or a horoscope can\nbe retrieved at any time under the menu item “offers”. The\nprice for the creation of a birth chart is inclusive of all taxes,\nthe shipping costs will be charged extra depending on the delivery\naddress in Austria or abroad. The ordered birth chart can be paid by\nbank transfer. The transfer data can be retrieved under the menu item\n“offers” or will be sent to the orderer by email when the\norder is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.\nOBLIGATIONS OF THE ORDERER<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\norderer of a horoscope analysis is obligated to fill in the order\nform with current, correct and complete information and the orderer\nis liable to Mrs. Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl for all damages that\nresult from the breach of this obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.\nCANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT FOR HOROSCOPE ANALYSIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each\nhoroscope analysis is unique and is created individually and\nperson-specific by Mrs. Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl on the basis of\nthe information given by the orderer in the order form on date of\nbirth, birth time and place of birth. The orderer therefore notes\nthat he \/ she has no right of withdrawal in accordance with \u00a7\u00a7 5e\nand 5f Z 3 KSchG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8.\nDATA PROTECTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The personal data provided in the course of the order process are treated with the strictest confidentiality by Fau Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl and exclusively for the purpose of creating and delivering the ordered natal chart, for the purpose of fulfilling the other rights and obligations under the respective contract for the preparation and delivery of a Horoscope analysis or a horoscope art photography, as well as for the purpose of the statistical evaluation of the orders used. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of fulfilling the reciprocal contractual obligations (for example, transfer to the credit card company).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9.\nWARRANTY AND LIABILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs. Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl prepares the ordered horoscope analysis conscientiously and carefully according to recognized astrological principles or the horoscope art photography additionally in best knowledge about photography and their techniques. However, Mrs. Mag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl makes no guarantee for the correctness of the horoscope analysis and the analyzes and statements made in the horoscope analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs.\nMag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl is in no case liable for damages or\nother consequences arising from or in connection with the accuracy of\nthe horoscope analysis or due to or in connection with the statements\nmade in the horoscope analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10.\nOTHER<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\ncontract language is German and English. The contractual relationship\nis governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the reference\nnorms of Austrian international private law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nagreed place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in\nconnection with the present General Terms and Conditions is Vienna (\u00a7\n104 JN). However, this jurisdiction agreement does not apply if Mrs.\nMag. Gabriele Johanna Schatzl brings a claim against an orderer who\nis a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and\nwho has his domicile or habitual residence in Austria or in Austria\nis busy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
